Refund policy

All Sales Are Final — Except in Cases of Defects or Errors

Because many of our products are limited-edition, made-to-order, or collector-based, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective


Eligibility for a Replacement

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Photos of damage/defect are required


Non-Returnable Items

  • Limited edition drops

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Digital goods

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they enter production or fulfillment.
